This Platform Agreement is between Anytime Capital, LLC (“Anytime Capital”, “we”, “us”) and the business that opens an Anytime Capital business account (the “Company”, “you”). It is every term of your business account in one place. Anytime Capital is a fintech company, not a bank.
You accept this Agreement on behalf of the Company by clicking the button beside the statement that you agree to it, such as “Create account” or “Continue”. By doing so you confirm that you are authorized to bind the Company. We record the date and time (UTC), your IP address and the version of this Agreement you accepted, and we keep that record for at least five years.
Opening a personal account for yourself? Section 7, Personal Accounts, is your agreement with us and says which other parts apply to you.
This Agreement is organized so you can read only what applies to you:
Some services are provided by licensed service providers. Their terms are named in the section of the service they provide and form part of this Agreement for that service. If a service provider's terms conflict with this Agreement about the service it provides, its terms control for that service.
Version AC-PLATFORM-2026-10-27.2. Personal Accounts (section 7): version AC-PERSONAL-2026-10-29.
Business accounts are for businesses validly formed and in good standing in the United States, opened by a person at least 18 years old who is authorized to act for the business.
The person who opens the account is its owner. The owner can invite others and give each a role. Owners and admins can move money, change settings and accept terms for the Company; other roles can do only what their role allows. The Company is responsible for everything done by people it gives access to.
The Company must give us true, complete and current information about itself, its owners and the people who control it, and tell us promptly when it changes. We, and our service providers, verify that information before opening a service and may ask for more at any time. A service may be declined or limited based on that review.
Keep logins, passcodes and devices secure. Tell us right away at members@anytime-capital.com or (470) 748-2530 if you think someone else has accessed your account.
The Company may not use Anytime Capital for unlawful or abusive activity, fraud, sanctioned persons or places, unlawful gambling, intellectual-property infringement, unlicensed investment, credit or money services, check cashing, bail bonds, debt collection, counterfeit goods, drugs or drug paraphernalia, adult content or services, multi-level marketing, unfair or deceptive practices, or anything else the law or our service providers prohibit. Each service's terms may add to this list.
Each service's fees are set out in its terms or shown in the app, and the fee for a transaction is shown before you confirm it. We do not charge fees that have not been disclosed to you.
The Company may close its account at any time after moving out any balance. We may suspend or close a service, or the whole account, where the law, a service provider or these terms require or allow it, including to prevent fraud or loss. Where we can, we will tell you first and help you move your money.
The Anytime Capital Terms & Conditions also apply to the Company's use of our website and app. If they conflict with this Agreement for a business account, this Agreement controls.
Except where the law does not allow it, the website and app are provided “as is”, and Anytime Capital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits rights the Company has under any law that cannot be waived.
The Company will compensate Anytime Capital for losses caused by the Company's breach of this Agreement, its violation of law, or claims by its own customers about its products or services.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable federal law, and disputes are heard in the state or federal courts in Fulton County, Georgia. A service provider's terms are governed as they state.
We may change this Agreement by giving the notice the law requires. If a change is material, including a material change to a service provider's terms, we will ask you to review and accept the new version before you keep using the affected service.
Anytime Capital, LLC · 2549 Piedmont Road NE, Suite 110, Atlanta, GA 30324 · (470) 748-2530 · members@anytime-capital.com
This is the Company's consent, under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and applicable state law, to receive everything about its account electronically, from Anytime Capital and from our service providers. It is given before any other document is delivered, as the first part of accepting this Agreement.
We may deliver these electronically instead of on paper (“Communications”):
We post Communications in your business workspace and/or send them to the email address on the Company's profile. A Communication is delivered when we post or send it, whichever is earlier. We deliver our service providers' Communications on their behalf.
You may ask for a paper copy of any Communication at no charge by emailing members@anytime-capital.com or calling (470) 748-2530. Asking for paper does not withdraw this consent.
You may withdraw this consent at any time, at no charge, by contacting us. It takes effect after we have had a reasonable time to process it and does not affect Communications already delivered. Because Banking and Payments are offered only electronically, withdrawing closes access to them, and we will help you move any balance.
If these requirements change in a way that could stop you accessing or keeping Communications, we will tell you and you may withdraw consent without charge. By accepting this Agreement you confirm that you can access and keep Communications in these formats, which you show by opening this page, and that you agree to receive them electronically and to sign electronically.
Keep the Company's email address current in its business profile so Communications reach you.
These terms apply when the Company opens Anytime Capital Business Checking, a U.S. dollar business checking account with U.S. account and routing numbers and payouts to recipients in the United States and abroad.
The Company applies in its business workspace. It must identify each individual who owns 25% or more of it and one individual with significant control over it, and give the information our service providers need to meet funds-transfer recordkeeping (Travel Rule) requirements. The account opens when the application is approved.
Important information about procedures for opening a new account. To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: when you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents. For a business, we will also ask for information identifying the business, each individual who owns 25% or more of it, and one individual who controls it.
Once approved, you will see U.S. account and routing numbers in the app. Deposits are received in the name “Lightspark Payments FBO” followed by the Company's legal name. “FBO” means “for the benefit of”: our payment services provider holds the funds for the Company's benefit, and they belong to the Company. Anytime Capital does not own those funds or direct them except to carry out your instructions.
Your balance is shown in U.S. dollars, and no interest is paid. It is held for your benefit by our payment services provider at the account-holding bank named below. Whether any deposit insurance applies is governed by the service providers' terms, and Anytime Capital does not insure your balance.
You can receive money by ACH, wire, RTP® and FedNow®, and send money to U.S. bank accounts and to recipients in supported countries. Before you confirm a transfer, the app shows the amount you send, all fees, the total, the exchange rate where currencies differ, the amount the recipient receives, and when it should arrive. A quote is valid only for the time shown. A transfer may be cancelled while it is still processing, where the payment rail allows it; once settled, it cannot. Check recipient details carefully: some transfers cannot be reversed.
We make a statement available every month, whether or not the account had activity, and a receipt for every completed transfer.
We may set transaction and balance limits, which we show in the app. Transfers may also be delayed or declined under the service providers' terms.
Tell us immediately if credentials or a device may be lost or stolen, or if you see a transfer you did not make. We investigate with our service providers, and errors are resolved as their terms describe.
Move out the balance before closing. If Banking ends, we will give advance notice and keep the app available long enough for you to move your balance.

Payment services for Anytime Capital Business Checking are provided by Lightspark Payments, LLC (NMLS 2429193), a licensed money transmitter, and are subject to the Lightspark Grid End User Terms. Accounts are held at Lead Bank. Anytime Capital is not a bank and is not a licensed money transmitter.
These service providers' documents form part of this Agreement for Banking:
These terms apply when the Company buys, sells, holds or sends crypto or stablecoins through Anytime Capital.
The Account Funds, Exchange Orders and Trades, Digital Asset Terms of Sale, Fees and Non-Custodial Wallet chapters of the Anytime Capital Terms & Conditions apply to the Company's crypto activity as if written here, with “you” meaning the Company.
Digital assets are not legal tender, are not bank deposits, and are not insured by the FDIC or SIPC. Prices can move sharply. Transfers on a blockchain cannot be reversed, and assets sent to the wrong address or on the wrong network may be lost. Stablecoins aim to hold a steady value but can lose it.
Purchases and sales are final once confirmed at the price quoted.
Anytime Capital is registered with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) as a money services business, registration number 31000321862986.
The Company is responsible for the tax treatment of its crypto activity. Its history is available to download in the app.
These terms apply when the Company accepts card payments, invoices, payment links, subscriptions or checkout through Anytime Capital.
Card payments are processed by our card processor, which acts as merchant of record for card transactions and verifies the Company before releasing payouts. The processor's notice appears on every card payment form, and card statements show the processor's prefix followed by the Company's statement name. When the Company turns on card payments, it also accepts the processor's terms, presented in that step.
One application opens every service. When the Company uses Payments, we give the processor the information and documents from the Company's account application, and the result of an identity check already completed with us, so the Company and its owners are not asked for them twice.
Our processing rate is shown in Settings → Payments and on our pricing page. The fee for each payment is taken from the payment before payout.
Payouts go to the payout account the Company sets up, on the schedule shown in the app. Payments may be held, or a reserve kept, where the risk of refunds, disputes or fraud calls for it.
The Company is responsible for refunds it gives and for disputes and chargebacks on its payments, including their amounts and fees. We help the Company respond to disputes with the evidence it provides.
The Company is the seller of its goods and services and is responsible for them, for its own terms and refund policy, and for any sales tax it must collect. Receipts to the Company's customers come from Anytime Capital on the Company's behalf.
Card payments are not available for businesses the processor or the card networks restrict, in addition to the uses in section 1.5.
Card numbers are entered into the processor's secure fields. Anytime Capital does not receive or store full card numbers.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. For a business account we also collect information about the Company and about the people who own, control or act for it: legal names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security or tax ID numbers, government ID images, formation and ownership documents, and account and transaction details.
We share that information only as needed to provide the services the Company uses:
We do not sell this information or share it with others to market to you. We keep records of the Company's acceptances and receipts for at least five years.
This section is the agreement between Anytime Capital, LLC and you, when you open Anytime Capital Personal Checking for yourself (“you”). It sets out the account, its debit card and your rights. Anytime Capital is a fintech company, not a bank.
You accept it by tapping the button beside the statement that you agree to it, such as “Open my account”. We record the date and time (UTC), your IP address and the version you accepted, and keep that record for at least five years. Sections 1.4 to 1.9 and 1.11 to 1.13, section 2 (Electronic Communications), section 4 (Crypto Terms) and section 6 (Privacy) also apply to your personal account, with “the Company” meaning you and “business workspace” meaning your Anytime Capital dashboard.
You can open one personal account for yourself if you are at least 18 years old and have a U.S. Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number. The account is for your personal, family and household use; use a business account for a business.
You apply in the app: a photo of your government ID, a selfie, a code sent to your phone, your Social Security number or ITIN, and your home address. We and our service providers verify that information before the account opens and may ask for more.
Once approved, you will see U.S. account and routing numbers in the app. Your balance is shown in U.S. dollars, and no interest is paid. It is held for your benefit by our payment services provider at the account-holding bank named below; the money is yours, and Anytime Capital does not own it or direct it except to carry out your instructions. Whether any deposit insurance applies is governed by the service providers' terms, and Anytime Capital does not insure your balance.
You can receive money by ACH, wire, RTP® and FedNow®, and send money to U.S. bank accounts and to recipients in supported countries. Before you confirm a transfer, the app shows the amount, every fee, the total, the exchange rate where currencies differ, the amount the recipient receives and when it should arrive. When you send money to another country, you get that disclosure before you pay and a receipt afterwards, and you can cancel within 30 minutes of paying unless the money has already been picked up or deposited. Check recipient details carefully: some transfers cannot be reversed.
These terms are the Cardholder Agreement for the Anytime Capital debit card. When cards are available to you, you can order one in the app; it draws on your account balance, and a purchase or withdrawal larger than your balance is declined. The card is issued by the account-holding bank under its cardholder terms, which we show you before you order it and which form part of this Agreement for the card.
The Banking fees in section 3.8 apply to your personal account, and the fee for any transfer is shown before you confirm it. We give at least 21 days' notice before a fee goes up.
Tell us at once if you believe your card, PIN, phone or login has been lost or stolen, or that someone has transferred or may transfer money from your account without your permission: call (470) 748-2530 or email members@anytime-capital.com, and lock the card in the app. Telephoning is the best way to keep your losses down. If you tell us within 2 business days after you learn of the loss or theft, you can lose no more than $50 if someone used your card or credentials without your permission. If you do not tell us within 2 business days and we can prove we could have stopped someone if you had told us, you could lose as much as $500. If your statement shows transfers you did not make, tell us at once; if you do not tell us within 60 days after the statement was made available to you, you may not get back any money lost after the 60 days if we can prove we could have stopped someone if you had told us in time. We will extend these periods for a good reason such as a long trip or a hospital stay.
Call (470) 748-2530, email members@anytime-capital.com or write to Anytime Capital, LLC, 2549 Piedmont Road NE, Suite 110, Atlanta, GA 30324, as soon as you can, if you think your statement or receipt is wrong or if you need more information about a transfer listed on it. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we made available the first statement on which the problem or error appeared. Tell us your name and account number, describe the error or the transfer you are unsure about and explain as clearly as you can why you believe it is an error or why you need more information, and tell us the dollar amount of the suspected error. If you tell us orally, we may require that you send us your complaint or question in writing within 10 business days.
We will determine whether an error occurred within 10 business days (20 business days for a new account) after we hear from you and will correct any error promptly. If we need more time, we may take up to 45 days (90 days for a new account, a point-of-sale transaction or a transfer started outside the United States) to investigate. If we do, we will credit your account within 10 business days (20 business days for a new account) for the amount you think is in error, so that you have use of the money during the investigation. If we ask you to put your complaint or question in writing and we do not receive it within 10 business days, we may not credit your account. We will tell you the results within three business days after completing our investigation. If we decide there was no error, we will send you a written explanation, and you may ask for copies of the documents we used. We carry out these duties with our service providers, and errors in a transfer to another country are resolved as the receipt for that transfer describes.
We make a statement available every month there is activity, and at least every three months, and a receipt for every completed transfer.
You can close your account at any time after moving out the balance. We may close or limit it as section 1.7 describes; where we can, we will tell you first and help you move your money.
